The brake unit is completely disassembled and cleaned.
All parts that were originally galvanized will be re-galvanized.
Parts such as the aluminum plate are glass bead blasted.
The cylinder tracks are newly honed (finely ground).
The outer shell is painted in the original color.
A new gasket set is installed,
the unit is assembled and the function is tested.
If other parts are defective, they will be repaired or replaced for an additional charge, if possible.
We will gladly provide you with a cost estimate. If you should decide against a repair after the cost estimate or if your old part should not be repairable, a service lump sum of 40.00 euro (inclusive VAT) results for the cost estimate.
